Privacy notice
Effective from 20 September 2026. Applies to the p1network.com and p1network.hu presentation sites and, looking ahead, to the P1network application currently under development. This is an English translation provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy the Hungarian version prevails.
1. Who processes your data
The controller is not required to appoint a data protection officer.
This notice currently applies to the p1network.com / p1network.hu presentation sites and, looking ahead, to the P1network application that is under development and will launch later.
2. In short
- The presentation site uses no cookies, tracking code, advertising or social plug-ins, and does not monitor visitors. That is why there is no cookie banner. (Your language and theme choice is kept in your browser's own storage — see section 4.)
- At present we only ask for what is needed to record your enquiry and to open your future account: name, company name, e-mail address.
- The business data, invoices and stock information you store in P1network once it launches remain yours; we do not pass them on, do not use them for advertising, and do not use them to train machine-learning models. Sensitive data and user passwords are stored with strong encryption.

We send newsletters or marketing messages only with your separate, explicit consent; no such subscription exists at present.
Providing data is voluntary, but without a name, company name and e-mail address we cannot open an account. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
4. What your own device stores
The presentation site keeps only your chosen language (HU/EN) and the light/dark theme in your browser's local storage (localStorage); these are never sent to the server and cannot identify a visitor.
After launch, P1network may also store temporary data in your browser, on your own device — these are not tracking cookies; their purpose is to speed up the software and improve the user experience:
- interface settings (e.g. table layout, column order; local storage / localStorage).
You can remove these at any time by clearing your browser data. On a shared computer, always log out after work.
5. Business and partner data uploaded to P1network (your clients' data)
When you store the data of your own customers and suppliers in P1network (name, address, tax number, contact details, order history, invoices), you are the controller of that data and we are your processor. This will be governed by Annex 1 (Data processing terms) of the Terms of Service. Informing your own partners is your responsibility; we help on request.
On your instruction, the system communicates automatically with the Hungarian National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV Online Invoice system) to download and synchronise invoices.
6. Who has access, who we share with
The data is accessed by the controller's staff responsible for operations, to the extent necessary. We do not sell data and, apart from requests by authorities, do not pass it to third parties.

7. How we protect the data
- encrypted (HTTPS) connection for data transfer;
- passwords stored as bcrypt hashes;
- access credentials for external systems (e.g. NAV) stored in the database with AES-256 encryption;
- role-based permission management;
- rate limiting of login attempts (protection against brute force);
- regular backups.
8. Your rights
At the address given in section 1 you may at any time request:
- information about and a copy of the data we process about you,
- correction of inaccurate data,
- erasure of your data — together with the deletion of your request or your account,
- restriction of processing,
- the data you provided in a machine-readable format (data portability),
- and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest (logging, bug reports).
We respond to your request without undue delay and at the latest within one month. Exercising your rights is free of charge.
9. Remedies
If you believe we are not handling your data properly, please tell us first. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority or bring the matter before a court.

10. Data breaches
If a breach occurs that is likely to result in a high risk to you, we will notify you without undue delay and, in the cases required by law, report it to the authority within 72 hours.
11. Changes to this notice
We update this notice when our operations or the law change. We notify enquirers and registered users of material changes by e-mail; the current version is always available on the website.
